What's on the menu?
Canapes and nibbles
Summer Gazpacho soup
Fresh English tomatoes, peppers, cucumber and red onion blended with a sprinkle of sourdough breadcrumbs, served with basil oil, fresh basil, pickled tomatoes and cheese sables
Gambledown slow roasted Shorthorn beef brisket
Slow roasted Gambledown brisket of beef, Served with rosemary focaccia bread, summer rainbow slaw and dill pickle potato salad, homemade pickled chillies
Brown sugar meringue with blackberries, roasted pears and fennel
Brown sugar meringue topped with whipped cream, fresh blackberries, roasted pears with fennel and finished with toasted hazelnuts

£55 per person
Includes a free glass of bubbly (or non alcoholic bubbly or fizzy water) on arrival
The bar will be open for you to purchase drinks to accompany your meal.
Please contact me if you have any dietary requirements and I will try my best to accommodate where I can! Please do note that food will be prepared in a shared kitchen and so cross contamination is always a small possibility.
