What's on the menu?
Canapes and nibbles
Hampshire sweetcorn chowder
Freshly picked sweetcorn (from Pickwell farm in Bursledon) in a light chowder soup, served with organic spring onion and English cheddar cornbread
Gambledown slow roasted Shorthorn beef brisket pie
Slow roasted Gambledown brisket of beef with carrots and onions, and local ale in my classic pastry crust, with potatoes and kale Caesar salad ( with greens from Aldermoor Community Farm)
Brown sugar meringue with blackberries, roasted pears and fennel
Brown sugar meringue topped with whipped cream, blackberries, roasted pears with fennel and finished with toasted hazelnuts
Petit Fours
£55 per person
Includes a glass of bubbly (or non alcoholic bubbly or fizzy water) on arrival
The bar will be open for you to purchase drinks to accompany your meal.
Please contact me if you have any dietary requirements and I will try my best to accommodate where I can! Please do note that food will be prepared in a shared kitchen and so cross contamination is always a small possibility.
