What's on the menu?
Canapes and nibbles
A Celebration of English Tomatoes
Fresh tomato soup with a splash of cream, served with basil oil, fresh basil, pickled tomatoes and freshly baked tomato focaccia bread
Gambledown porchetta style roasted pork belly
Slow roasted Gambledown pork belly, rolled with fennel pollen and packed with fresh herbs, garlic and plenty of seasoning. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes, panzanella and a fennel salad.
Raspberry delice
Beautiful seasonal raspberries are the star in this chilled dessert, with layers of light sponge, raspberry mousse and raspberry jelly.

£45 per person
Optional extra: Gooseberry fizz mocktail on arrival £7.50
