What's on the menu?
Canapes and nibbles
English pea soup with chive flower and crispy ham served with a dill and Cheddar scone
Fresh and light pea soup, with vibrant chive flowers for colour and a burst of fresh flavour, with a scrumptious savoury scone packed with fresh herbs and a hint of cheese
Gambledown Flank Steak, roasted new potatoes, garlic yoghurt sauce, tabbouleh and Greek salad
Marinated Gambledown flank steak paired with roasted new season potatoes, a herb forward tabbouleh salad and delicious and summertastic Greek style salad all finished with a fiery garlic yoghurt dressing and homemade fermented chilli sauce
Summer Strawberry KnickerBocker Glory!
English strawberries, vanilla ice cream, strawberry ripple ice cream, strawberry compote, crushed meringue, almond crumble and lavender shortbread to top it off
