Canapes and nibbles
Cauliflower soup with homemade chorizo crumb and rosemary focaccia
Creamy cauliflower soup, served with a spiced sausage crumb and soft focaccia bread with rosemary
Gambledown shortribs and denver steak
Slow roasted Gambledown shortribs, and a marinated seared denver steak give the ultimate duo of Gambledown's own shorthorn beef deliciousness! Served with roasted rosemary potatoes, Vichy style carrots and garlicky greens and finished with a vibrant chimmichurri sauce
Rich chocolate torte with Gambledown pears, blackberries, fennel and hazelnuts
Beautiful seasonal pears braised in a sweet fennel syrup, sitting atop a rich chocolate torte with blackberries and whipped cream
