What's on the menu?

  • Hampshire Watercress soup with cheese and onion bread

  • Slow roasted shoulder of Gambledown lamb

    Served with white beans, spring greens and wild garlic

  • Brown sugar meringue with rhubarb, blood orange and pistachio
